RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At John Paul Designs, we are dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. We hope that your purchase exceeds your expectations.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return an item at your own shipping expense within 30 days of receipt of shipment. After 30 days, all sales are final. Please note, special ordered items or custom commissions are not returnable.
To return or exchange an item, please call John Paul Designs at 541-318-5645 Monday - Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm (PST) for assistance, or contact us online here. Be sure to include your original order number, item number, and your contact information. A customer service representative will assist you with further details.
All returns must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging to insure full credit. We recommend that you ship the item insured, as we cannot offer exchanges for packages that become lost en route. For security reasons, please do not write “jewelry” on the outside of the package.
